Requirements
Reporting a Regional Director, and ultimately to the CEO & COO, this role includes the following tasks:
- Create and Update sign specification drawings to match corporate guidelines
- Complete sign layouts for fabrication
- Create and Update Location Plans using Adobe Creative Suite
- Contact vendors for pricing, quotations, production updates and shipping confirmations
- Coordinating installation schedules between installers & client representatives to meet deadlines
- Assist in budget creation using standard pricing models (provided)
- Ensure and double check all project documentation is accurate and meets requirements
- Updating and maintaining Smartsheet spreadsheets
Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Microsoft Excel
- Experience (intermediate) in Adobe Suite, in particular, Adobe Illustrator & InDesign
- Comfortable engaging with business professionals, through email, phone & video conferencing
- Ability to summarize complex, detailed information into succinct updates for clients
- Understanding of scheduling and project management principles to meet deadlines
- Understanding of layout, typography, scale and graphic design principles
- Ability to manage individual priorities within set deadlines
- Attention to detail is absolutely required
Compensation
Position is hourly contract, paid monthly
Contractor must supply own hardware, software licensing provided as required
Hourly Rate to include all costs for contractor, rate negotiable based on experience
Hourly Rate range $25.00 - $30.00 USD
