Challenge:
Global Rebrand of 90 sites worldwide in 26 countries, including the exterior and interior branded signage.
Approach:
Prior to our involvement, the project had been started with incorrect and incomplete data. So our first step was to accurately audit every site around the globe. The audit gave us the data to determine the best design and solutions to apply to each location and identify any required reparations to sites. Secondary to design, it also allowed for effective and fact-based budget proposals. These steps provided for a straight-forward process to the remainder of the project. We used a cloud-based project management software to store site information, project stages, and completion photos. This software allowed us to collaborate with regional client leads and the client executive team by providing them 24/7 access, so the latest updates were always at their fingertips. The project culminated with a flagship location in Silicon Valley, California. This premium location presented the opportunity for customized brand solutions throughout a beautiful architecturally designed space. Our creative team stepped up and highlighted brand & logo elements, along with historical information to create a complete brand experience within the building.
Results:
The global rebrand was completed on time and within budget, and most importantly, keeping the site contacts, regional leads and executive team up to date every step of the way. The preferred vendor relationship built with Micro Focus has allowed for creative freedom in design, clear expectations on budget and timelines, while ultimately providing the best solution possible for Micro Focus around the world.
